This app is not working and at the same time, there is no other option! Should I have to to go back to Ethiopia to get a power of attorney? ### 5/5 — Making my life easy *2026-07-24* When I first heard about this app, I wasn’t sure whether it would actually get the job done. However, I decided to give it a try, and it has worked well for me. I’m really glad to see Ethiopia using this kind of technology. It makes me happy to see my country growing and moving forward. As a user, I think the app is very nice and straightforward. For the developers, I would suggest adding a few quality-of-life improvements to make it more user-friendly and easier to use. I spent days trying to reach them, and most of the time my calls went unanswered. Even when I managed to speak with someone, I received no clear information or timeline. I was repeatedly told that my case had been completed, yet I never received the PDF document by email. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone. ### 1/5 — Avoid using it! *2026-06-04* My experience with the Digital MOFA EPOA application process was extremely disappointing. The system experienced repeated technical issues and delays, which resulted in multiple drafts being created and duplicate charges being processed. Even more concerning, the final documents contained name errors that made them unusable for their intended legal purpose. After providing supporting documentation to correct the error, I was informed that corrections could not be made and that refunds would not be issued. As a customer, I found it frustrating to pay for a service that produced inaccurate documents and offered no clear resolution process. I strongly encourage applicants to carefully review every detail before submitting and to keep copies of all receipts, application numbers, and supporting documents. Based on my experience, resolving errors after submission can be difficult and time-consuming.
