I took a gamble because I seen my car was listed as compatible on the site. It really isn’t and I would like a refund. The moment you download the app, it forces you to purchase it before finding out if it is compatible. Having a Toyota RAV4, a very popular make and model, I didn’t think it wouldn’t be compatible. Well as it turns out , it isn’t. I requested a refund 3x through Apple and they denied me a refund. I explained that my vehicle is not compatible with the app and I having the app was of no use to me.so I was entitled to a full refund. Well they wouldn’t budge. This is criminal activity on part of the app creator and Apple. I will be placing a call to the BBB with my concerns. I want and deserve a refund for this app. I’m not going to stop until the refund is granted as it’s the right thing to do.
