The books are not opening feels like I wasted my WiFi

**Developer response:** Like so many free services we rely on generous third-party platforms. When their services are down, such as the huge outage by Internet Archive who host most of our content, we are also heavily effected.

Apologies for the negative experience. Clearly we need to work harder to show users why our service is down.
