You cannot contact anyone about this app nor does it work properly, you used to be able to download an app but now it’s only online and you have to re-enter the information each month or in my case twice a month. I needed to change information when I got divorced but they failed to change anything or contact me. I hate this company and cannot wait until they get a competitor.

Literally cant login manage my utility account, I even sent the “forgot my passord” email & changed it, now it says login error - contact your administrator…….

My biggest complaint about this app is that the city of Tallahassee staff keep changing the status over to “completed” even though they have not responded or taken any action to resolve the issue. This app is supposed to help us improve our community, not waste people’s time by making them submit complaints that don’t ever get handled.

So what happened? Used to be great but not anymore. The Home Screen comes up and that’s it!  How about fixing that!

Every time you open this app it will have to load up for 3 mins or if you have your phone on auto-lock and it closes on you, you gotta wait another few minuets. I could send them a check via pigeon faster then paying through this app.

It looks like the City of Tallahassee paid an app developer to develop the app but not maintain it.  It worked when initially deployed, but as technology improves this app worsens.  It posts multiple tickets or won’t post a ticket.  You cannot delete the additional tickets it creates, you cannot edit or delete text.  When typing text you have to understand that your text will by typed in a space that is not viewable and don’t rely on seeing what you type in order form your thoughts (form fields do not follow new lines of text, you can only see the first few lines).  App crashes when you add a description to the ticket, it should be in your drafts.  App will crash again when you update the neighborhood, go back to drafts.  There will be several crashes while trying to submit a ticket.

For the other review, if you need to submit a request, when typing in your address you need to type it slowly and actually select the address from the drop down that appears. After that, the submit button should be available.
