## What is DigitHome Property App?

Digithome is a 360-degree real estate mobile application for Renting and Buying of properties. It is a platform that seeks to connect all stakeholders in the property ecosystem ranging from tenants, to Agents, to Estate Managers,to Handymen, etc. Renters can track rent details, renew past-due rent, view outstanding payments, and seek maintenance from the comfort of their homes with the Digithome mobile application. 
For both new and existing customers, a large selection of properties is offered via the mobile application, along with top-tier professional agents which removes the hassle of property hunting.

The following features can be found on the Tenant Application:
* Property Search: View different types of properties in your area
* Rent: View breakdown of rent details, rent due dates, and rent balance as well as renew expired rents
* Wallet: Fund wallet and perform transactions such as rent renewal and dues payment
* Visitor: Register all visitors and share a one-time access code with your visitors
* Maintenance: Request for maintenance from property managers and track progress.
* Dues: View outstanding payments and dues.

GETTING STARTED  AS A TENANT IS VERY EASY;

*     Select a Property
*     Contact an Agent 
*     Send Tenant ID to Agent to onboard you

GETTING STARTED  AS AGENT/LANDLORD;

*     Sign Up as a property/Estate Owner
*     List Property 
*     Add new or Existing Tenant 
*     View rent schedule of tenants

SECURITY CHECKS
* For security reasons, Digithome performs security checks on property owners/managers to ensure that all agents and property owners on Digithome are authentic. The property owners/agents are verified using their Government Issued documents (Certificate of Occupancy, Identity Cards, Bank Verification Number (BVN), etc ) before their properties are listed on the application.
