## What is Digjital24?

Digjital24 is your business panel on the phone: today's bookings, customer conversations and your team on one screen.

The Digjital24 AI receptionist answers your customers 24/7 on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, takes bookings against your real schedule and sends confirmations automatically. You see everything live and step in only when you want to.

WHAT THE APP DOES
• Bookings: day, week and calendar views, per staff member. Confirm, cancel or mark a no-show with one tap.
• Notifications: instant push for every new booking, customer message or request for a human.
• Conversations: every bot conversation in one place. Take over when needed, with ready-made quick replies.
• Customers: each customer's history, bookings and channel.
• Team: staff, working hours, days off and holidays. Staff members sign in with their phone number and a PIN.
• Reports: bookings per day, week and month, and per staff member.
• Settings: working hours, public holidays, the services the business offers with their duration, and the bot's language (Albanian, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian).

WHO IT IS FOR
Businesses that take bookings or answer customer questions: barbers, salons, clinics, restaurants, sports pitches, car rentals and more.

HOW IT STARTS
Sign in with your email and password or with Apple. If your business does not have an account yet, you can create it in the app: business name, type and phone number. Nothing is bought, sold or paid for in the app.

Digjital24 also runs in a browser at digjital24.com — the same account and the same data, whichever you open.

YOUR DATA
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, from Settings → Security inside the app.
