Even with premium subscription your emails and requests for support will be ignored. This app is a part time, passive effort by the owners who all seem to have other day jobs. App hasn’t been updated in ages. Too bad, because it has great bones.

I absolutely love Diigo - I am using it for 12 years and I have more than 2500 bookmarks, but the app is unfortunately not really helpful. I crashes very often, the search results in my library are very poor. It is of no use for me. 
I wish there would be an app for my smartphone in which I could search my Diigo bookmarks and also see the saved photos I have attached to each bookmark.

Es ist nicht möglich, mit Siri zu suchen. Wenn man in die Suchleiste reintippt und dann Siri aktiviert, werden alle Wörter komplett und richtig in die Suchleiste der App rein geschrieben. Wenn man dann drückt, verschwinden sämtliche Wörter und die Suchleiste ist leer. Offensichtlich ein Fehler in der App.

I love almost everything about this app, and have been spreading it to my friends, but the one thing that drives me nuts is the long pause after I save each bookmark.  It hangs on the “Saved” alert for far too long.  I frankly don’t care that it was saved.  I only want to know when it was NOT saved for some reason.  And I’d happily accept the risk of a save being rarely lost just so I don’t need to stare at that “Saved” confirmation.

Slow browser experience...Am on an iPhone 12 Pro. Who wants to use a slow browser these days? Non starter, sorry. Fortunately we can use Safari (fast and private) along with the Diigo share sheet to bookmark and tag. There is an unfortunate bug which prevents you from jumping to page annotation from the share sheet but you can get around it by opening the Diigo app yourself (you will have to endure the Diigo browser home page and then head to your library and finally reach the bookmarked page you want to highlight. My criticisms aside, I am a satisfied Diigo customer: - Diigo is a fantastic tool for highlighting the web, but using Diigo on IOS is currently subpar in my experience. And, there is no evidence at all over the last year that progress is in the works (Crickets…)

The whole process for signing up is just broken. I spent over an hour between two devices - first just getting registered as a user. Then trying to start a free 30-day trial of the Business user - the billing system… my card expires in 2029, yet for some strange reason, the only years I can select from begin with 2016 and end with 2026. 

So I tried an older card that expires this year. That seems like it should work, right? Well, once I get all the way through that whole process and click the submit button, the page just loads for a few seconds and then nada. Like I didn’t even try submitting. 

I don’t know why it’s such a painful and extremely difficult process, but all I know is that this was my experience. I was really looking forward to beginning to use this utility. However, this whole process makes me second guess if I can really trust housing my data here or not.

I would prefer if you could see my bookmarks immediately when opening the app but unfortunately this is not the case. Okayish. I will do the extra tap and live with thatUnfortunately it turns out that the app is obviously no longer updated (current version is two years old). Sad, in my case new bookmarks are no longer synced between diigo and the diigo iOS app immediately. That is annoying.

The Share feature appears to capture websites, but silently fails. The browser is worse than just using chrome. M wondering why I need to keep the app on my devices anymore.

Utilisée depuis des années, cette application me semble plutôt mal conçue ou en tout cas, je peine à m’y faire: la logique de navigateur (des pages qui s’affichent dans des onglets) prime sur l’accès direct aux favoris or ce n’est pas nécessairement ce que j’aurais privilégié ; je n‘utilise pas Diigo pour remplacer Chrome, Edge ou Firefox et les navigateurs ne manquent pas!

En outre l’appli fonctionne mal sur iPad, notamment la création d’un nouvel « outliner » et le rattachement d’un lien audit outliner. Un nouvel outliner tarde à se créer (« Saving… » qui ne disparaît pas ou très tardivement), ensuite la liste des outliners n’apparaît pas ou peine à s’afficher.

L’enregistrement d’un onglet par sélection et partage d’un passage textuel sur une page Web échoue régulièrement pour ne pas dire toujours.

Bref l’ensemble est assez frustrant et me semble globalement très perfectible.

Verifico appena posso dal sito, ma sull’app non ho più accesso a PDF, immagini e note vecchi, ottengo “file non valido” e “in caricamento” per gli appunti. Sono un utente registrato, pago regolarmente, è una cosa grave. 

I’ll check via web ASAP, but I cannot access old PDF’s, images, and notes through the app, I get “invalid file”, or “loading content” for notes. Registered user here, paying regularly, this is really bad.

This will be the third time I have been ignored by diigo’s support team. I have been a paying customer for two years under two separate accounts but I will be changing that to their free offering going forward. I’m not going to pay for something that I’m not receiving.

I’ve been using Diigo since ‘14 and am very enthusiastic about it.

Without Diigo I’d have difficulties finding back the relevant sections of a web page/pdf.

Have been using the Outliner tool merely sporadic. I use the Diigo iPadOS/iOS app and the Diigo extension in Edge.

Very easy to use, and very useful in order to extract information from Internet publications. Organizational tools such as the outliners and data extraction are superb.  I do research, Diigo is the core application for my work!

I’ve been using Diigo for years. I use all the color highlights to represent different sort of flavors of what I’ll highlighting. It’s so powerful and has been getting better and better!

Now that it does PDFs I’ve got a decade of a personalized library of my documents and all the cool things I’ve found in the internet!

Can’t use my kindle any more because it’s just not all cool as Diigo!

And cross-devices and browser’s works perfectly!
Keep up the awesome work!
