I was having problems uploading a selfie on the app. I called them. They said send us pictures via email and we'll upload from our side. But they never did! I paid the money. And they still say that we can't do anything, you have to upload it from your device. Why did you take my money then and made a false claim that you'll help me?! scammers! Return my money! ### 1/5 — They are all scammers !! *2025-06-15* First they charged in dollars for a lifetime membership. Then they started charging multiple times. Never pay Rishta agents. Even after I reported an agents, she was still there with over 2000 fake profiles and a 5 star rating. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring a safe and positive experience for all users. ### 1/5 — Worst Application *2025-06-02, version 2.92* This Application is the worst nothing worked accordingly the preferences i choose is of no use they shows me a profile only out of my living city more than my age and marital status is also different the hell worst part is it shows me a male profile suggestion (Same Gender Profile) after that in addition the customer support are so more than unprofessional when i cancel the subscription they called me almost daily for discounted offer after buying a subscription no one even called me once as i live out of Pakistan so unfortunately i can’t call them by my own so tried to communicate via email but the support team replied almost same things every time so and so they say that we resolve your issue try to reach out as many profile as you can and after every 24 hours they gave +- 25-30 profile to choose not only completely different to the selected preferences but also a same gender profile Worst application ever ### 1/5 — Garbage app and monthly subscription *2025-05-14* Lol ### 1/5 — Fraudster, auto deducts money from card *2025-04-28* They dont provide any auto-renew off button, now they have launched unsubscribe button but that does not work, they save your card details and every month they charge your account. Be aware and dont subscribe to their packages otherwise they will keep auto renewing, without any service just a fraudster, they have taken 20K from me until now and still wont unsubscribe to my package. ### 1/5 — Big scammer on big screen *2025-04-17* I saw dil ka rishta advertisement on Geo TV and believed this matrimonial app must be good. But I was totally wrong they are fraud. Just after few days of subscription I realised I was scammed by Geo advertisement and Dil ka Rishta app. First month of subscription I had no button of unsubscribtion on the app. I emailed them couple of times how to unsubscribe as I am not happy and unsatisfied with the app as they showing me male proposals for my brother but no response from them. 2nd month of subscription they again took money from my account fraudulently and this time after the update of app I could see unsubscribing button but they disabled it I couldn’t unsubscribe it. I emailed them couple of time with this issue as usual no answer. I called them on customer service number with this problem they promised me to solve this issue but no help, fake promises. The subscription is overpriced, and there are no unlimited profile feature like you find in other apps. Subscription comes with Gold but there are no profiles at all. Just a few profile It feels like a complete scam. I highly recommend trying Muzz instead—it's far superior to this disappointing app. Just delete it and save yourself the trouble. Fake advertisement just scamming the people one million profiles they have but to be honest, this app is a scam. I pay to the agent around 180k now he is not picking my call. They are nothing. Please beware. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother - Major glitches and flaws ($90/month!! extortionate!) *2025-01-18* The app has major flaws and isn’t well-developed: 1. There are very limited profiles. After a couple of days, there’s no new profiles (even after changing preferences as suggested by their team via email) 2. The app shows me same-gender profiles (I’m a male, and not interested in men!). I’ve reported and BLOCKED these profiles multiple times, yet they still appear continuously day after day. Huge issue. 3. There are numerous inactive users 4. I’ve reported my concerns to their email support and they’ve responded very slowly and haven’t allayed my concerns. I’ve requested my money back ($90 for Gold profile) and am awaiting a response. EDIT: I provided detailed feedback to them by email (they took days and weeks to respond and ignore half of the feedback provided). This app is nothing but absolute extortion (charged me $90usd/month for a gold membership). It is up to the app wha sort of profiles it opens up for you. • It takes an arm and a leg to find out how to contact someone if you like a profile. • Limited control even after Gold membership and the app is not user friendly at all. • I don’t think it’s worth paying for its subscription. ### 1/5 — This is 100% a scam *2024-12-29* Paid $40 for the plan so I can use the filter but it continues to ask to upgrade! They had full knowledge of my personal details and profile information – information that should only be held securely within your system. They used UK‑registered telephone numbers and stated they ran your UK operations, with plans for an office in London. They persuaded me to share further personal details and photographs, and requested a registration fee. I made the payment as instructed, but immediately afterwards communication became very limited and has now stopped completely. No services, proposals or introductions have ever been provided. I have confirmed these individuals are not genuine representatives of Dil Ka Rishta. This means my personal data – and very likely the data of many other members – has been accessed, leaked or improperly obtained from your records. This is a serious failure of security and a breach of trust, as well as a clear violation of data protection laws. This incident has been reported to the relevant authorities, police, and banks. I am posting this to make you fully aware of what has happened, to demand you investigate urgently how this breach occurred, and to warn every member that their personal information is at risk of being misused, leading to fraud and financial harm. **Developer response:** Respected user, we are incredibly sorry for the distress this situation has caused you, and we take data security and fraud extremely seriously. I even tried with a different number, but the issue remains. Because of this, my profile is not getting verified and I cannot complete the sign-up process. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-07-09* I have never provided feedback on iOS apps before, but I feel compelled to share my thoughts here. There are no new profiles available, and the lack of filtering options is disappointing. The interface is quite poor as well. Although I had a premium subscription for a week, I was only shown a handful of new profiles, and those appeared randomly. There is no way to filter by location, age, or other criteria.
