Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of your current period. 

Your account will be charged for renewal at the price listed within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off via Settings>App and iTunes Stores>Apple ID>View Apple ID. I’ve tried multiple times to create an account and it pops up a maroon bubble message that tells me to log in instead. I then try to log in and it pops up a maroon message bubble which has no message. No emails sent to the email that I used.

It’s been a week since I paid to have my account upgraded from Basic to Premium. 
My Account Profile still says “Basic Account”
and I only have access to Basic services. 
I have tried re-applying to Premium, only for the App to respond that I’m already Premium! 
I have sent multiple messages to Support through the App. 
Have also sent emails to Support on the DILF Website. 
Crickets are louder than the silence and non-response I’m getting from the Company. 
Obviously they’ve either got some software glitch, don’t actually have a Support Team or they’re just scamming you out of your money.
