- Your account now keeps only one active session per platform. Signing in on a
  new device signs out the previous session on that platform and shows a clear
  notice explaining what happened, with quick actions to log back in or change
  your password.

  connect to the wrong backend; the app now reliably uses the production
  service for all accounts.

  reliably reaches every locale, and Android `metadata_path` now points
