They offer a $10 promotion but will charge your card instead of applying the promotion and then charging the remaining balance. Awful customer support that takes almost a full month to reply. They won’t refund/ reprocess payment either.

Been trying to download and use this app for the last week and all it does is show an orange screen for a second then disappear. I’ve re-downloaded it and restarted my phone multiple times and no change. I guess they don’t need my money that bad lol

This review is not for convenience nor is it about quality or availability it’s simply about the app. Dillon recently moved into the complex I live in and I genuinely was excited because I work word hours and having a place this close to home would have been fantastic. However, I can’t even get as far as registering on the app because Inhave tried using three different email address and I can’t create an account because it’s saying my device is linked to another account or my email is associated with another phone (which is a contradiction). It doesn’t give you and option to recovery a password which I’ve never submitted, but I did try so the following rating is simply because I can’t even register to get a foot in the door!
