There is absolutely nothing being brought to the table with this app but it’s getting recommended everywhere I search for ‘darker screen brightness’. How do you mess up that bad and not only get away with it, but get monetized, and get recommended? It’s so infuriating that I want just one simple thing and the only option available is a piece of garbage like this. I’d rather expose my eyes to raw nuclear waste radiation than look at something as outright stupid as this. Like the first thing I see the moment I open the app; the exact frame I press on the icon; is a notification request and ads everywhere. I wish I could see the person who created this app, as is not the nature of how bad the app is; no, it is the fact of the matter that someone on this planet could do something so petty and shameless and get praised for it. If I thought the app was just bad, I would have deleted it and gone on my way, but to see how petty the creator had to be just for a few pennies burns into me. This “app” is no different from any of the other mobile apps and games out there. They only ever have money in mind and can’t even make a usable product. So much of the world is filled with useless fluff like this app just so they can trick people into watching ads. And to think too that a Google “AI overview” recommended this to me? The one time I trusted it since I could find no other answer? No words fit that anger. The hatred I have for this topic is beyond words. It is beyond a frown or yelling. My anger is calm and quiet, which speaks volumes greater than anything I can muster. This is pathetic.
