## What is Dimplex Home?

Dimplex Home App lets you control your Dimplex heat pump with touch display intuitively via your smart device. Thanks to the standardized logon process, logging into the Microsoft Azure Cloud is easy and secure. Just generate your TAN-code on the heat pump's touch display which enables syncing with the system operators', users 'or service technician's smart device, e.g. iPhone or iPad. The operator has the option of withdrawing access for any user if necessary. 

Your Dimplex heat pump with touch display is connected to your router with the NWPM touch network card via a LAN cable. With the Dimplex Home App, the control of the heat pump can be accessed anytime and anywhere. With the intuitively designed app interface, the most relevant settings on the heat pump, e. g. summer-winter-switch or setting the hot water temperature can easily be changed. Along with the intelligent room temperature control, the app can also be used to set the temperature for up to 20 rooms depending on the user and even combine it with weekly programs. The controller integrated in the heat pump intelligently and automatically ensures efficient and comfortable operation. In combination with a controlled living space ventilation M Flex Air, the most important functions and operating data of the ventilation system connected to the heat pump are visualized. The current fan level can be easily changed via the app.

Grundsätzlich ok von den Funktionen, leider lässt die Stabilität zu wünschen übrig. Seit den letzten beiden Updates kann ich mich leider nicht mehr einloggen, Zeitüberschreitung.. hoffe das wird zeitnah wieder gefixt.
Update: nach 4 Updates nun innerhalb 2 Wochen funktioniert der Login jetzt in der letzten Version endlich wieder! Es lag definitiv nicht am Netzwerk oder Gerät (getestet). Vielen Dank, dass immerhin stark am Support gearbeitet wird.

Nach dem letzten Update stehen die täglichen Verbräuche nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Nur noch die gesamte jemals verbrauchten Wärmemengen. Das ist sehr schade.

Grundgedanke, Aufbau und Gestaltung der App sehr gut. Allerdings scheitert es am wichtigsten und zwar die live Übertragung der einzelnen Daten. Dies reduziert die Bewertung und den Komfor der App deutlich

Ich kann diese App zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Tolle Grundfunktionen die völlig ausreichend sind. Trotzdem habe ich für nicht einmal 10€ im Jahr die Zusatz Graphiken dazu gebucht, da man die Anlage noch besser kontrollieren kann. Außerdem kann man bei technischen Problemen über die App Dimplex anschreiben und bekommt meist sehr schnell geholfen.
