I didn’t go to five stars because the feature for skipping to different menu sections is a little bit flaky, though you can get around that by scrolling. ### 2/5 — Very annoying *2025-02-16, version 1.7.3* STOP taking over the audio channel! Food ordering app doesn’t need to stop audio playback or play videos! Get it together. ### 5/5 — Great app! *2024-12-12, version 1.7.3* I’ve used this app multiple times for my online orders. It’s super easy to use and I’ve never had any issues. ### 1/5 — Completely bricked *2024-11-18, version 1.7.3* First time using app no issue, decided wanted to order and pick up again and any restaurant I click instant crash. Tried restarting does not work. Tried different restaurant completely crashes again. Not to mention there’s no search function. Even on the website. You can’t search though menu. It’s 2024. Would recommend ### 2/5 — Menu incomplete compared to website “app” *2024-06-03, version 1.7.2* It’s really frustrating to see that only half of the menu shows up on this app on my phone versus what shows up on the “interactive phone” on my computer. And it’s even more frustrating that I can’t login into my account on my computer, because it says I already have an account but won’t let me use a password (I logged in on my phone using gmail). ### 1/5 — Frustrating user experience *2024-05-11, version 1.7.1* There's some odd logic to the order of operations with this app. To log in, it makes you put in your email and password (makes sense), then it emails a code you have to verify BEFORE it tells you the password is incorrect. It also required the same ofe before I realized I already had an account. Then I encountered issues changing my password. And now whenever I navigate the app, it's consistently giving "token not found" errors or just flat out crashing. Another poor user experience and design element is when searching for a restaurant. It's only letting me search around my current location, but I'm trying to search around my destination. And when I manually move the map around, there's no way to set the location so it searches from there. All in all a very disappointing experience using the app. Definitely the least user friendly and helpful among all ordering apps I've used. Will be uninstalling and using another app. Shame that the poor app quality could be affecting the business restaurants get. ### 5/5 — BEST APP EVER!! *2023-03-10, version 1.6.7* okay this is seriously the BEST app to order food from!! I love how it supports local restaurants and is so easy to access:) It’s convenient and user friendly and I love everything about it!! Please use it & share it with others so that it can keep growing and expanding.
