I have been using DINE and SPACES app. It’s been intermittent working and then not working. It’s difficult to tell my customers how to operate. When have the time it’s not operational.

They barely have the menu for the restaurant that allegedly delivers through this app. Big waste.

I’m a Wix fan. I have several sites with them where I use their mobile apps. This one however is a work in progress. Half the time it doesn’t open. I think there’s another fix needed with the menu area when you have multiple menu selections, but I want to be sure it’s not a user error before I comment on that. Right now it seems to get stuck on the blue page when trying to go into the app.

Instead of giving the restaurant the address I wrote in, it gave my address based on GPS, which was wrong.

Places my order on the app. Paid for my order and received a confirmation. The restaurant never received my order. There is no way to contact Dine to inquire or to receive reimbursement. It’s the worst.

I ordered my food today at 12:59PM  today and I they fulfilled my order without delivering the food and they took money from my bank account it’s a good thing I know the restaurant I called their and they said they got an order from them but no one came to pick it up but yet I can’t get anyone to answer the phone and they answered my text only once saying “it’s en route right now”. Yet I am still waiting up until this day to get my food sad bunch of  thieves never again.

Dine by Wix is solely the platform on which the restaurant sells online and unfortunately, we cannot interfere with the way the restaurant fulfills its orders. Please contact the restaurant or your credit card provider directly so they can try to tackle this problem or issue your refund.

First time using the app, I couldn’t get through the registration process using my email, because I couldn’t verify I was a human. I must have “verified I’m a human” at least ten times. Given up!

When we keep having to enter payment details for every transaction when you offer saved credit cards option, it presents a level of stupidity that results in 1-star reviews. Whoever made that decision is single-handedly tanking your ratings. Dumb.

This app is terrible. While I intended to order delivery, the app defaulted to a delivery address of the restaurant itself? After calling to update my order I went back to the app to add an address and after filling the form out multiple times it just won’t add my address. Then I tried searching for local restaurants (like the one I just ordered from) and all the results are restaurants I’ve never heard of and I don’t think are even local (despite selecting my address before searching).

This Wix offering is half baked or just terribly broken at the moment and I don’t see myself using it again.

Fresh download, signed up and spinning wheel for almost 10mins - have restarted app multiple times and even the wheel gets stuck hanging.
Full strength 4G as writing this review on sane connection.
If it is this flaky to load, why would I want to transact through it!

I have tried, I’ve tried, I’ve tried. If you try to join or login using one’s Apple ID by pressing “Continue with Apple” on the login/registration pages, literally nothing happens. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not help, nor does rebooting the phone, etc. etc. The Google and Facebook buttons work just fine, as does “Sign up with Email”, so it seems there is a quality problem with this application, which does not thrill me. if you can’t get your app basics right, why should I trust you with my email address and password, because the quality of one’s app is indicative of one security overall. I’m very disappointed with Wix.

This app is easy to use and offers a lot of great restaurants nearby, with options to order take away, book a table or simply order for collection. Easy to navigate and you also be able to get discounts through from your favourite restaurants using the notification settings, i have been using this app for a few months now and will continue to do so in future.
