This app is difficult to navigate if you just want to browse menus or order takeout.

The app is terrible to use. There is no auto-sign in and even when i want to manually sign in (every time) it crashes and doesn't log me in. The app is clunky and really slow. The app is not intuitive at all, the only good thing is it offers way more restaurants than the big guys (Doordash,Ubereats...)

I wouldn’t use Dine In again if my hair were on fire, hot coals were being raked across my body, someone was pouring hot sauce in my eyes and this app was the only thing that could save me.....unless I had no cell service like tonight, then I MIGHT use this app.

Every time I open the app it prompts me to update. I’ve already done that but I can’t close out the prompt without going to the App Store. Very frustrating. Also, can you keep us logged in?

In the world of delivery apps dine in has an unique personal touch. If something goes wrong they actually have people to fix the problems, and most places don’t have that.

This app is amazing! With the lack of UberEats and other food delivery apps that haven’t made their way to the suburbs yet, this app is a lifesaver. My town only has pizza or Chinese food places that deliver, but with this app I can now order Mexican, Indian, and more from local restaurants straight to my door! And the delivery fee isn’t too high...definitely worth it to me. The app itself is a little clunky to use but is easy enough to figure out and gets the job done. If you live in CT and like getting food delivered, this app is a must-have!

I love this! I use it all the time, so handy! I always receive great service and the food gets here hot and still crispy! The app is super easy to use and always works great. Thanks so much Dine In CT, I really wouldn't know what I would do without this service!
