The apps is always inaccurate and it doesn’t show the correct information for what tram is on the way and it’s arrival time. 
All trams are moving along the tracks, how hard to provide the accurate information. This apps is humiliating the long history (120 years) of Hong Kong Tramways. 
What are rubbish apps!

Sorry, but I think I don’t need to say anything else, just telling the fact that your app has wasted me nearly an hour at the tram station, by keep updating me there will be a tram to whitty street in 10 minutes (which is not the fact). Please do not create such an app without your readiness to offer any real, timely information. That’s nonsense.

I recently downloaded this app as I have just moved to Hong Kong. 
It’s a great idea, however the app only tells you about ding dings running from west to east, it would make it better if it gave details about ding dongs going from east to west too

**Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for your feedback. I am guessing you were at one of the stops that only runs in one direction. For the stops that run in both directions, all the trams running East and West will show up. Thanks for using Ding Ding!

選擇起終點站之後嘅線路都唔齊全嘅，搞到我錯過左一班車。同埋建議加入路線互動地圖，好似網頁版咁。其實將網站啲資料擺裡面再加一個實時就好好，當然如果可以做到巴士app咁就已經好好用
