A few days ago, I encountered a problem with the service and attempted to reach customer support via live chat, as there is no direct contact number available. Despite multiple attempts across several days, I was unable to connect with a representative. I have screenshots documenting the issue, but unfortunately, there does not appear to be an option to upload them here. In short, while the service itself has worked well in the past, the lack of accessible and responsive customer support is deeply concerning. As a result, I will be transitioning to another service provider. I used to love this app, and I told alot of people about it now I will tell them to find a different app because they might be randomly flagged and banned when their family is in need.
