Very annoying and confusing to everyone involved. There absolutely needs to be a way to avoid this. Lastly i don’t seem to get notified on the phone anymore meaning the continuous ringtone repetitions is extra annoying! It has to be connected to wifi to even sign in. I spent 20 minutes trying to set the language (you can't move on until you do) only to find out I had to connect my phone to my wifi to do so. After that it immediately signed in. It stays on the set country screen, you select country and says that it failed and to check network. Everything possible tried to no avail. Just forget about this app and return your doorbell for refund. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2022-05-09* This is absolutely rubbish. When the doorbell rings it won't stop it's as if someone has their finger on the button. When finally get the picture up on the phone they're walking away or gone. When I'm out they either can't hear me or there's nothing. I got this as I'm disabled and want to see who it is before I go to the door. I've noticed now no one uses the bell now as its rubbish and they can't get me. So please make this work as it's a great idea. Is the company no more as still not getting any help. Had a new wifi and when I open the app it asks me to pick country as if it’s the first time using it. It will not except uk at all and then I can’t go no further. What’s going on. No one get back to you. It’s a waste of money and not worth the hassle. We should all get our money back but I’ve had it for 3 years now so that’ll be a waste of time too. What is the point of that? You need to put in an adjustable time delay that we can set?
