Around march i had won like 600 ish and for some reason as soon as i requested to withdrawl all of a sudden the regulations changed where not even a single login works.

I played on the platform for a while and I thought they were alright but the end of march I won $1100 and submitted redemption via sc.  2 days later there was a msg saying sweepsplay no longer available. I messaged customer service to check redemption bc I could no longer see on platform n was told redemption would be processed as normal for me just no sweepsplay moving forward.  I tried calling number now disconnected and they barely respond to email.  Needless to say it’s no 2+ months later and I still never received my money!

Unfortunately never received a deposit once I tried to withdraw my winnings. Account was verified, connected bank account, everything all together on my end. I called multiple times & sent many emails. Finally gave up & deleted the app.
