I’m finally able to redeem and now I’m not going to get it. Absolute fraud, at least provide users with refunds, process redemptions, and provide notice before shuttering the main draw of your service. Well I submit a help ticket asking about my redemption request and they respond with you need to call this number to verify ur identity because we have a different email than the one ur using . I have this game downloaded on my phone with my number and my email and drivers license. My husband has it downloaded on his phone with his number and email and my name and drivers license because his are expired and didn’t think they would accept it. So because my name is on both accounts but different devices they rejected my redemption request and kept my winnings.
