Very upset !
as I was using the regular vpn it kept making go to the 3 day free trial page and afterwards it wouldn’t even let me use the regular vpn at all! So i decided to try the 3-day free trial and then right after it charged me, when it was only supposed to be a free trial. About $40 dollars of my money taken away from me. And when I contacted the support team they never get back to me. I used to love this app but now it was made me very sad and frustrated.

I paid for the subscription.
Every time when I try to connect a server while using premium, It wouldn’t work! It keeps popping up when the payment was already successful! I don’t get it! Please work on it.

Please help me!!! I did not realize this app had a cost.. due to my own oversight and I am not very tech wise!! I am so sorry! I downloaded it before I realized I only had 3 free days and the coast after that! It is a reasonable cost but my income is below poverty level and I cannot afford it!!! Please, I need to get it off my cell phone, it is small and I do not know how to get it off! Can you help me? I am so sorry! I would love to have but it is too tech complicated for me to even understand how!!!
