### 1/5 — Mobile app doesn’t work

*2024-09-19, version 3.0*

Just tried to redeem a mobile coupon at a restaurant and it just keeps closing. What a waste and what an embarrassment.

### 1/5 — Redeemed Coupon

*2024-08-02, version 3.0*

I clicked to redeem the coupon at pizza place. App just closed and after reopening it, it showed that coupon was redeemed already, though I event didn’t have a chance to use it. It was $11.00 worth coupon. I wrote to their support three times and they never responded back.

### 1/5 — Scam Doesn’t work Data mining

*2024-07-17, version 3.0*

Save your time and efforts. Does not work at restaurants, they don’t even know about the app and why they are on here. Seems to just be an app to collect user data do not waste your time.

### 1/5 — Went to several restaurants, and not one of them even heard of this little alone, took their coupons

*2024-07-14, version 3.0*

Try to use the coupons in several different places, and the first three had never even heard of the app.
That was going up to the managers
The next one tried several different ways to take it, because they also had never heard of the app. Coupons didn’t work, for our trying It took $10 off my credit, but as I said, don’t work
Not much saving in buying coupons

### 1/5 — Can’t even order if I tried

*2024-07-13, version 3.0*

There’s legitimately no possible way to order using the app or the website so the 20$ credit you get is essentially useless. Don’t give these guys your information. There’s no way to order lace an order though this app to get use out of the credit you get

### 1/5 — Boo

*2024-07-10, version 3.0*

The coupon didn’t even work

### 1/5 — DONT USE THEM IDC IDC

*2024-06-08, version 3.0*

Dude if I could give negative stars I would!!! I redeemed dining credits from t mobile Tuesday and never used any of the coupons. It is saying that one of my coupons has been redeemed (not EXPIRED, REDEEMED) today yet I haven’t done anything on there. I try to contact them via the messaging option on the account page, yet it says that my submission failed. When I click to contact actual customer service, my phone warns me that it’s trying to take me to an unsafe website. So I don’t know what this company’s looking to gain, but I will not be using this ever again regardless of who is promoting them.

### 1/5 — Scam just giving credit for coupon deals

*2024-05-18, version 3.0*

absolutely worthless program and waste of resources

### 1/5 — Scam!!!

*2024-01-12, version 3.0*

I activated the coupon after I ordered and the mountain mikes in milpitas,ca would not accept it. Very skeptical about these supposed “deals”

### 1/5 — Their customer service needs intense help

*2024-01-05, version 3.0*

Just reading some of the responses to these reviews, it’s absolutely insane that the developers think these are appropriate responses. Absolutely zero apology and no resolution, 90% chance they’re going to respond with “seems like you’re more frustrated with the program than the app itself” NO BABE ITS THE APP WE’RE TALKING ABOUT HELLO!!! Website is set up horribly and their customer service help center does not work whatsoever for ANY users, it is just there for show I guess? I’m genuinely confused why this app if even a thing to begin with, and why it hasn’t been shut down already? Like my god

### 1/5 — Customer service is absolutely insane

*2024-01-02, version 3.0*

If customer service is reading this you’re absolutely undeniably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen for a “professional” company. I haven’t used or had problems with the app because all the deals all kinda worthless, but my god are your dev responses completely abhorrent. You constantly blame the customer, restaurant, or “circumstances” on bad business, which with good customer service definitely wouldn’t be this big of a problem but you offer no incentive or apology to influence customers to continue using the app. Hire me as pr and I will absolutely triple-quadruple your rating

### 1/5 — Just terrible, very scammy

*2023-06-06, version 3.0*

It’s not what you think. It’s pointless to even get this app unless you were offered a credit. Much like the one for T-mobile Tuesdays. And they know it’s bad because it directs to straight to the website with no option for the app which reveals how bad it really is. You aren’t getting a dining credit, you’re getting a dining advantage credit. And it’s only good for buying there crummy coupons, how ever much savings you would get from a restaurant, that’s how much it cost to buy it. The coupons are terrible, you would be much better off downloading a restaurants app directly and finding much better deals there, that are honest and upfront about what you’re getting. The $25 dining advantage credit is equivalent to the spam you receive in the mail thinking you’ve just received a check, just to find out it’s an ad for a credit card, easily the WORST t-mobile reward yet, t-mobile drop them please and let them go bankrupt

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2023-06-06, version 3.0*

Just a terrible app! They gave me credits to use on their app for free, only to find out there’s no menu on any restaurants or store, there’s not even a single purchasable item or service in the entire app! My credits are worthless! And good luck getting help, their help center is non functioning

### 1/5 — Not a real savings app

*2023-06-06, version 3.0*

This app is not worth the download, you don’t save any money with it and I was cheated by the wording on the app. I redeemed a “coupon” and it seems as the vendors aren’t even aware of this app. Save yourself embarrassment, time and a headache DO NOT download or even sign up!

### 1/5 — Scared to use now

*2023-06-06, version 3.0*

After reading the reviews I’m not even going to embarrass myself and try to redeem or use the $25 voucher because I am filled with anxiety in todays world. That’s why it’s NECESSARY to READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.
Like I was taught.. Reading is fundamental. Deleting the app now…

### 1/5 — Vendors are not aware

*2021-12-23, version 3.0*

I took a dining advantage discount code to natural blends and the lady at the register was not aware of such. It was very embarrassing!

### 2/5 — Business did not accept coupon

*2021-10-11, version 3.0*

The business I went to did not accept the coupon and said it was a scam. How are businesses selected to be on the site? I tried submitting feedback through the contact us text box but it just said that there was trouble submitting my form several times. What is the best way to submit feedback/concerns?

### 1/5 — Bad. If you jump through hoops with free credits, it’s mediocre

*2021-08-03, version 3.0*

UPDATE, THEY EXPIRE YOUR COUPONS DURING THE PANDEMIC! Couldn’t visit many places for the past year.

People don’t accept, places that closed 8 years ago, NO customer service, developer response isn't customer service. The app has many bugs, like the contact us in the app says browser not supported. They just don't check their app, and acknowledge they don't check up on the restaurants. They hurry up and expire your credits, and then your coupons. Have to login EACH time. Stuck with coupons that don't work.

Paying for the coupons is NOT a deal.

If you get free credits, you have to use them up quickly. Then the retailer might say, what’s that, or “we told them we don’t accept those anymore”. Or the restaurant will be out of business for years and these guys don’t check or care. They still, after eight years, and me even pointing out, haven't deleted the restaurant. Most places that just shut down don't go out of their way to tell them, and hey, you can't reach them with no more contact info and they don't respond.

It’s really a gimmick for Entertainment to make money. As their poor template responses here that don't address people's concerns along with the low low low app rating shows how good it is.

They don't fix bugs, they don't keep up on their alleged offerings, certainly seems scam like.

In my options they are not fulfilling their contract to Apple and it should be pulled.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Never comes close to working.

*2026-01-05, version 3.0*

This app has multiple issues as anyone can see by reading a few random reviews.
I’ve tried this app 4 or 5 times using the free $20 from T-Mobile. We have 4 lines and none were ever successful to completion. I wouldn’t gamble my own money on this app.
The first time there were technical issues that the code wasn’t accepted by the app. The second time all login information was lost when the information was supposed to be migrated and wasn’t. The developer promised it would be fixed in a few days. 3 months later it still wasn’t fixed so we created new accounts. No emails were ever received saying there was a problem and the remedy was a new account. The remaining times we called restaurants in advance based on endless comments here that the restaurants don’t accept the coupons. That is factual. Not one restaurant ever heard of Dining Advantage or was willing to accept the coupons.
Having to log in every time is insane. Touch ID and Face ID have been around for years, or just leave users logged on.
The UI is awful. You shouldn’t have to start from the beginning of the list each time you look at an offer.
This app needs a complete rebuild. The contracts with restaurants needs to be completely revamped which is the fault of Dining Advantage, not the developer.
The business model may have worked 20 years ago but it too needs refreshing.

T-Mobile needs to stop posting this offer this until the technical glitches and the contractual problems between Dining Advantage and listed restaurants is worked out.
Finally the developer should stop with the canned answers that aren’t valid and fix the app so it works. The developer should allow Dining Advantage defend their policy. It’s not the developer’s job. Dining Advantage has our email addresses. Explain the contractual problems and we might be more understanding. Most of these restaurants gladly accept other discounts so the problem is uniquely yours.

### 1/5 — T-mobile screwed up here.

*2025-12-30, version 3.0*

Pathetic. I see now why the app has such a bad score. And what the H is access code? How do you get it? Stupid

### 1/5 — T-Life sent me

*2025-12-30, version 3.0*

Horrible app and scammy. The UI is horribly ran and it’s a headache to navigate.

### 1/5 — Such antiquated tech. Please be better.

*2025-02-19, version 3.0*

It’s the year 2025. Artificial intelligence is ramping up with unprecedented speed. Autonomous driving is no longer a vision in the far distant future. Technology is advancing unlike anytime in human history. Then, behold, Dining Advtange. A coupon platform that still asks its users to print physical paper coupons. Why are you asking users to even waste time on your platform if your technology cannot beat Groupon’s? If you can’t even offer the same breadth of dining options? I think it’s best to go back and spend some quality time on the drawing board.

### 1/5 — Silly program. Not worth the effort.

*2025-02-13, version 3.0*

The fact that T-mobile offers this deal as a “perk” is embarrassing. I didn’t expect much as their “perks” never work. The offer said “$20 dining credits”. It’s literally just you buying a 10% off coupon or a $5 off $25 coupon. So silly. What’s the point? Only 2 restaurants in my city participate. The developer seems to dismiss complaints about the program and only cares about comments about the functionality of the app. But people need to know that this entire program is misleading and silly. They will only know ahead of time by these comments.

### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work

*2024-12-31, version 3.0*

I’ve tried multiple times to redeem coupons. I click on Mobile and nothing happens. Without a coupon or code to scan, the store or restaurant has no idea what the offer could be. Their IT team just tells you to delete and reinstall the app. That doesn’t work because the app doesn’t work. I’ve notified T-Mobile so they’ll discontinue this worthless reward.

### 1/5 — App Doesn't Work

*2024-12-27, version 3.0*

Slowest and lack of updates on this app.

### 1/5 — Sells your email

*2024-11-27, version 3.0*

Shortly after signing up, with a fresh email address, I was bombarded by phishing scam emails. Beware!

### 1/5 — Pay to use coupons?

*2024-10-20, version 3.0*

I got a $20 coupon from my carrier, so I signed up… $20 shows.

I check out the deals and choose one to see the details… what’s that?

You want me to buy the coupon with $ given to me in the app. Since when do you buy the discounts in advance.

I was wondering why the one star ratings. Don’t download. Not worth it.

I’ll try the $20 if I can find a decent restaurant. Do I need to pay for the next coupon when my $20 is gone?

BTW, it’s not BOGO if you have a max value of $6 to pay in advance and BOGO is $10. It’s almost laughable.

### 1/5 — Does not work!

*2024-10-02, version 3.0*

This app never works. It’s useless.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Review

*2020-10-08, version 2.5*

Do this work for delivery?

### 5/5 — Horrible ... don’t trust this merchant!!!

*2019-06-26, version 1.01*

Updated review ... June 26, 2019
Developers have kept their promise & fixed the previously mentioned issues.
Will update again IF anything goes awry.

Cannot login via the app.
Lost ALL my gift certificates when using website.
Cannot contact customer support.
They should have a class action taken against them for the amount of money people have lost due to their incompetence.

### 5/5 — Will give it a try.

*2019-04-02, version 1.01*

Why am I giving 5 stars before I try? Received $20 from T-Mobile so I have nothing to lose. So many restaurants in my area. Now I have an excuse to try new restaurants and use on restaurants I go to all the time. Also, T-Mobile wouldn’t offer something bad and tarnish their reputation

### 5/5 — Amazing!!

*2018-10-19, version 1.01*

This app is working very well for me. I got 20 dollars from a T-Mobile Tuesday promotion, and I already used two coupons. I see ppl complaining but for me worked greatly!!! Thank you guys, I’m saving money and eating well!!! Love this app, I’m looking forward to get more and more coupons

### 5/5 — Great offers!

*2018-01-30, version 1.01*

Wow, these are valuable offers! Very impressed with the offer values. I received a $25 Dining Advantage gift card and probably saved over $150 when I redeemed the offers! Love it!

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2018-01-30, version 1.01*

I got a gift card. It worked great and I already saved over $60 and found two new restaurants I never had went to before. Love it!

### 4/5 — Coupon lover

*2021-08-15, version 3.0*

This app shows promise. Nice not to have the old books to lug around. One thing that is a bummer, after viewing an offer I wish I could go back to where I was. Instead it makes me go back to the top of the page. Also it would be nice to have a link to the restaurant so I could check it out. I was happy to receive a card for free but was a bit bummed when I found it was for coupon use. I should have realized that since it is from your company. Not your fault but the fault of the dealership that gave it to me. Have always found your products to be useful. Hope that the bugs get worked out and this becomes a success for the company. I used to work for this company a long, long time ago and met my husband there. Hope that this product brings your company much success.

### 4/5 — Okay app

*2019-08-18, version 2.5*

Got $20 free from T-Mobile a couple of times. Works pretty well , you have to realize though that you are essentially purchasing coupons. Is a pretty good offer well when you buy a BOGO one though. Probably wouldn’t purchase myself but can’t complain when it is free.

### 4/5 — Great App but...

*2018-12-25, version 1.01*

Great app but there is no delete button for used or expired deals, so your account can seem to be one long list but only a few are valid if you’ve used a bunch.

### 3/5 — Idk

*2024-01-02, version 3.0*

Idek what an access code is and I put random numbers and nothing is “valid” what is this?! I can’t even make an account
