I live in a smaller town near a larger city (Portland) and we go into the city for dinner most weekends. I don’t want to have to drive to Portland just to use the app and even if I set it at the max distance, I still get flooded with restaurants in areas I’m not interested in instead. Bummer. But then it was “upgraded” and now only shows the same 6 or 8 restaurants. What used to be a fun and perfectly functional app no longer works the way it did. Too bad they fixed what wasn’t broken. An option to set a minimum/maximum distance would be helpful. Or to select a certain area. Like if I plan on going to Atlanta I could select Atlanta as my location or I could leave it based on my location.
