So bad, once you put in an incorrect password two times you’re locked out indefinitely until someone unbans you. You should allow two step verification or something bc leaving it up to someone else to decide when they feel like to undo the suspension is out of control. Also have better ways to contact support other than a simple email.

It would be nice if there was a way to change universities. Customer service not responsive. Unable to use app at different university to order food.

This app doesn’t function properly half the time. It’s very annoying. Sometimes it lets me order food and sometimes it doesn’t. Who wants to deal with that?

App works fine, BUT make sure you select ‘Cash Equivalent’ before checking out. The app will use your FLEX Dining Dollars by default, and the UI when checking out can be deceptive. I did not understand this and I used all of my dining dollars within the first week. Thankfully the Aramark staff were very helpful in allowing me to retrieve my money. This aside, the app functions well and it is very nice skipping the line. Just be careful!

When trying to place an order I occasionally get an error for “Too many receipts.” When it appears it tends to happen multiple times in a row

I use the app whenever I take a few seconds break from work. Scheduling a meal for the time I clock out is very helpful. Not a perfect app but functional

I am always having issues with ordering. As of lately, I get a notice of “too many attempts” with an error code. Very frustrating when I’m rushing to get lunch and ordering in person has a super long line.

Super smooth and easy to use. Added my campus card during sign in with my school account 🙂 showed up and my food was ready!
