Combined with the diminishing value of the deals provided, along with the partnerships, we will not be renewing. ### 1/5 — Terrible User Experience *2023-07-22* Super poor user experience almost every time. The app either logs you out and you have to reset your password or you don’t get the password reset email and there’s no way to get back into your account. The convenience of the app vs the book doesn’t outweigh the fact you can’t actually use it. ### 1/5 — Great Concept, Horrible Execution *2023-07-19* I’ve used the paper passbooks in the past and love that they’re trying to modernize it, but the app really is just horrible. Aside from being logged out every time I want to use it, there’s so many locations that are mapped incorrectly. I’ve messaged support to let them know (and in theory correct them) but that hasn’t happened. ### 1/5 — Don’t buy the app *2023-07-18* Don’t waste your money on the app, stick with the actual paper book. The users can’t even log in without the app glitching. Will never buy the passbook or recommend this app to anyone. ### 1/5 — Have to reset password *2023-06-20* Every single time I open this app, I have to reset my password even though I know I’m entering the password correctly. What a waste of money. ### 1/5 — App is not working *2023-02-26* I’m receiving an error when I try to log in ### 2/5 — Needs Love, And Attention to Detail *2023-01-13, version 1.0.1(35)* 1) Duplicate ribbons on home screen. 2) Incorrect pin location for at least one restaurant - like in the heart of downtown instead of in a suburb where it’s actually located. Another restaurant location still on the map even though it’s closed. I’ve reached out to support on both of those and they haven’t been updated. 3) No password manager support. Various quality of life improvements still needed as well. Love the program as a whole, the app just needs help. ### 1/5 — Map function unusable *2022-12-28, version 1.0.1(35)* The map function on t the app which should be on of the best features is unusable.
