The app jumps around from the first part of the alphabet to the end. Terrible lack of functionality. ### 1/5 — Search does not work *2022-11-19, version 1.0.1(34)* I thought I had see Rosenberg bagel previously in the app. I tried to search Rosenberg Bagel. Nothing shows up so I went somewhere else. Turns out, it is there if you use the map. Poor quality. I am still waiting for the book to be mailed to me. :( ### 1/5 — Supremely glitchy *2022-11-06, version 1.0.1(34)* The ‘A-Z’ search feature is worthless at the moment; keeps glitching out so you can’t actually see the list of available restaurants in that format. Major headache, forces you to spend forever clicking on the map icons which are all identical. Also some restaurants that do appear on the glitchy list then don’t show up on the map. Then says it doesn’t recognize my email address, even though it allows me to reset my password (and sends that reset email to my email). These people got in way over their heads with this idea for a dining program. Can’t keep up. App logs you out every time and never remembers your email. Says email is incorrect even if typed EXACTLY how welcome email addresses you (case sensitive and everything). OH—— and just wait for this complicated process once you actually get to a restaurant. Took three manager and a whole lot of confusion. Terrible community onboarding. Overall failure of a program. Ask for your money back if it’s not too late. ### 1/5 — Awful *2021-12-03, version 0.1.5* This app is awful. I’ve been waiting over a month to be able to get into it. It says it doesn’t recognize my email address. I’ll email the support team and it takes them a week to email me back and say that they reset my password just for the same exact thing to happen. It’s now been four weeks and I still can’t get into the app that I purchased. But the isn’t ready to be released. I try to login and I’m told it doesn’t recognize my email. Combined with the diminishing value of the deals provided, along with the partnerships, we will not be renewing. ### 1/5 — Terrible User Experience *2023-07-22* Super poor user experience almost every time. The app either logs you out and you have to reset your password or you don’t get the password reset email and there’s no way to get back into your account. The convenience of the app vs the book doesn’t outweigh the fact you can’t actually use it. ### 1/5 — Great Concept, Horrible Execution *2023-07-19* I’ve used the paper passbooks in the past and love that they’re trying to modernize it, but the app really is just horrible. Aside from being logged out every time I want to use it, there’s so many locations that are mapped incorrectly. I had to re-download the app to get it to work. Even now, however, it doesn’t open every time and it logs me out after each use. The deals they have are good, so hopefully they can get this app working better. ### 2/5 — Needs Love, And Attention to Detail *2023-01-13, version 1.0.1(35)* 1) Duplicate ribbons on home screen. 2) Incorrect pin location for at least one restaurant - like in the heart of downtown instead of in a suburb where it’s actually located. Another restaurant location still on the map even though it’s closed. I’ve reached out to support on both of those and they haven’t been updated. 3) No password manager support. Various quality of life improvements still needed as well. Love the program as a whole, the app just needs help. ### 2/5 — Enjoy the Passbook, App needs work. *2022-11-06, version 1.0.1(34)* The UX on the app seems it hasn’t been tested! So glad they offered to send a physical book along with the app this year. Let’s just hope it comes in the mail! In years past customer service has been subpar & I know a few people that have ordered books and not gotten them.
