## What is Dinklix?

You are not bad at pickleball. You just cannot see yourself play.

Film one shot on your phone. Dinklix draws a pose skeleton over your own footage and tells you, in plain English, what your body actually did.

3 days free, then $39.99 a year. Cancel anytime in Settings.

HOW IT WORKS

Film one shot from the side. Ten seconds is enough. No full match, no minute meter, no cap on how much you record.

Dinklix maps your joints frame by frame and renders the skeleton on top of your real clip, so you are watching your own motion and not a cartoon. Then you get four things in writing.

What is working. The parts of the shot you should leave alone.
The main issues. Named and specific, like a contact point behind your body, or a back foot that never leaves the ground.
The fix. What to change, in order, starting with one thing.
A drill. Something you can do at a wall or on an empty court.

EIGHT SHOTS COVERED

Serve, return, forehand drive, backhand drive, third shot drop, dink, volley, overhead.

A LIBRARY YOU CAN READ BEFORE YOU FILM

Browse all eight shots and 62 named faults. Each one tells you where to spot it, how to fix it, a drill for it, and the camera angle that actually reveals it. No upload required.

TWO THINGS WE WILL NEVER DO

We will never give you a score out of 10. Rating a person with a number is the thing these apps get most wrong, and a number has never fixed anyone's serve.

We will never guess. Every report says what your camera angle hid instead of inventing an answer for it.

WHAT IT READS, AND WHAT IT DOES NOT

It reads body mechanics. Stance, shoulder turn, weight transfer, contact point, extension, balance, follow through.

It does not read paddle face, spin, or where the ball landed. Other apps do that. This one looks at you.

Yes, it is AI. Specifically it is computer vision. It finds your joints in every frame, draws them on your own clip, and writes up what it saw. What it will not do is grade you.

WHAT THIS COSTS

A private pickleball lesson runs about $50 to $100 an hour in most of the country, and up to about $150 in the biggest markets. A year of Dinklix costs less than one of those hours in most cities, and you can run it again after every session.

### 5/5 — Very easy to use for a beginner

*2026-08-12*

My son got me into pickleball. I’m old and was hesitant that I won’t be able to understand the rules, or even know what I’m doing wrong. This app has been truly helpful because it shows me what I’m doing wrong. I also like that I can ask many questions to the ai coach. One suggestion for improvement is if the app remembers your past analyses and use them for future ones, that would make this app even more useful!
