I don’t mind an early cancel, but when it’s past delivery time and now I’ve got to switch to another delivery app, it’s frustrating. This last order the app kept saying my dinner was on its way but also that it hadn’t been prepared. When I tried to contact with text, no one responded. When I tried to contact them with their chat, it says they’ll only respond to phone calls.
