No support, no idea what is going on. It’s a shame. There is no response in game or on social channels. I have messaged over a hundred times on various things. No response. I wont recommend to play this game or even spend money here. Its not worth it. Standard compensation appears to be 1k gems and a few speedups regardless of the impact on players.
