This has seriously helped me keep track of my mood, and I really appreciate how there’s no real like, “you have to keep your streak up or the world ends.” I also really like the gratitude jar, especially since I have a tendency to focus on the hard things that are going on, and not the good little (or big) things.

From the little time I’ve had this app it seems very lovely, I think it helps to develop a good mindset and I really like the style, especially the font!
