You know what to do — you just can't start. And when you finally do, your phone pulls you away.

Dino is a task timer built for exactly that: pick one thing, press start, and it stays in your Dynamic Island until you're done. Designed around ADHD traits — procrastination, distraction, and time blindness.

Block distracting apps while you focus. Unlocks automatically during breaks and pauses.
