No longer need it. I am having to jump through hoops to get it canceled. Buyer beware. ### 2/5 — Too hard! *2026-08-08, version 4.1.4* I am astounded at how difficult the introduction to Chinese is. For what you’re paying, it could be a lot better. A lot of the video lessons are hard to understand - it would be really helpful if all of the videos had captions where you can read and listen at the same time it would be way more helpful. The way the videos currently are, my kids and i just kind of zone out waiting for them to finish so we can move on. There are better more engaging apps or if your kids respond to the videos the YouTube would be a free resource. Also I cancelled the subscription after a couple of months then noticed that it was still taking payments.
