One thing I would suggest for a future update is an easy way to get to the games she’s done without needing to scroll endlessly to find the right one. ### 2/5 — Too many bugs to fix *2020-07-21* The whole concept of the app is great. But too many bugs to fix. When my son is in the middle of a game.. the game usually freezes. Sometimes it doesn’t allow him to press on the icons, where some of the other icons on the screen work. The stories hardly ever load on time. Sometimes it won’t load at all. By this time my son has lost interest in the app. We have the Armenian version. I wonder if it’s because of the language version or all the other languages have that same problem. I’m afraid I have to stop subscribing if this continues. We have the fastest internet and our WiFi is great all day long. Yes there was some education but mostly all just speaking French. The sound of the music it is as loud as the person whom is teaching, therefore it makes it VERY difficult to hear the pronunciation of the words, the sounds of the language. Thank you! ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2020-04-07* I was very disappointed in this app. It states 0-5 however I doubt any child under 5 would be able to play the games and complete the quiz. Working for an online language app myself I had high hopes and it met no where near my expectations. The videos are probably the best part of the app and even they aren’t the best. The free trial doesn’t give you a good idea of what is actually in the app and with no trial period after purchasing I definitely wasted my money. The videos seem out dated, crude and jump all over the place with no transition. They are often also too fast for children to even repeat vocabulary after such as the numbers video. I never rate apps but feel this is needed for anyone looking to purchase. Great idea that hasn’t been executed well enough for the price it charges 😕 ### 1/5 — Music too loud.. *2020-01-21* The music they added over powers the voice. You can barely hear the woman in the videos. Super unhappy only minutes after purchasing it. It helps my kids to learn Armenian vocabulary. Very basic stuff. I hope they come up with more advanced levels. But this is working great! It was one of the first language learning softwares my son was actually interested in to learn German. So when I discovered the app I was very excited. The problem is it is completely useless as it does not allow me to log on. It tells me that a user with this log in info does not exist, although I am able to login online with the same info. Very disappointed.... ### 1/5 — Not interactive *2021-04-01* I didn’t know this is just a bunch of videos! I was hoping it’s actually interactive and I can keep track of where my 5 year old is and how much she should know based on classes! This is literally a set of videos and the app won’t know how well the kid is doing! I want refund! ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2020-11-06* Rather minimal lessons. Users can only learn a small amount of vocabulary. There is an option to click on books for users but rather than the story being recorded and read by a native speaker of the language, only the written words are visible which means that the person/child learning and using the app would have to read it themselves.
