I have been a customer for over 30 years. I’m amazed that the staff remember me because I’m not in the store every day or every week. When I use their click and collect service within an hour of placing my order, I get a text telling me it’s ready if there’s a problem, I get a call asking me what I’d like to substitute for a product.  If the product isn’t up to their usual standards, they’ll usually advise me that they are not willing to sell it to me in that condition so when I pick up, I can make the choice.
