Both apps disappeared. When I went to get it out of the cloud, my purchase wasn’t there. I filled out the contact form 4 times and each time I was successfully verified until I hit the submit button which told me I wasn’t verified. There was no other way to contact the company. This review would have been a 5 but customer service is a problem. The app will stay deleted. We’ll find a different fun app. There are many with more reliable customer service. **Developer response:** Thank you for inquiring. Usually, the purchase data sometimes requires time to synchronize while re-downloading on your own device or newly downloading on a second tablet. If the purchase still couldn't be restored automatically, you can try to click the Restore Purchase button to unlock the level manually. Make sure that the current internet connection is stable. Re-download the app under your AppleID account. Enter the game, tap one locked level in the level selection interface to start playing, and tap the Restore Purchases button multiple times in the pop-out window. I am extremely frustrated that they have a link to view more apps where the children can see them though. It is a great marketing strategy for them, because the kids can scroll through and come ask mom for another one. The problem we have is that my son is becoming so obsessed with the apps he doesn’t have that he has stopped playing the game he does have. And yes, I monitor his play times and he is limited. Having him come to me every two minutes asking for a new game when he is supposed to be enjoying a game is infuriating! I’m ready to just delete all the Yateland games we have. Please, I beg of you, put that link behind a parental control. I like the trucks that they have and right now I just started playing this game so I have red green and blue and ice and red and green and red is a primary color. I like that it’s called DinoDigger because it’s a Dino that’s digging in a truck I like how that is because I like dinosaurs how they are I like pterodactyls to And I like when you’re done and then you get to collect new items and I like the dinosaur that comes in the in the truck that takes your stuff away and then I and then in real life if I was there, I would do I would collect as many or so I would even collect more that were maybe like trillions or 3 trillion or even 9 trillion so if I were in that game I would definitely try to get 58604 567 10,000 809,000 gems or even more I love gems I even like type of rocks, even though it’s there nautical color brown rocks are OK but my favorite type of rock are going to be purple is purple but I don’t really know if there’s any purple rocks but I did find one in my garden before I’m back to this game. I love this game pretty much because the green gems that are covering the surprise looks really cool. I wonder what the green stuff is covering the surprises that are in the middle of the green gems. I know that it’s a jam but like what type of Jen and I’m wondering like what type of gems gems there are in this game but I’m not really sure what else type of gems are there any blue gems, green gems, black and purple gems well there is but like are there different colors like red orange, yellow green blue gems I want more colors than just purple pepper made this you did a good job Cody is it OK if you add more color gems and add more stuff to it I really do you like how you made the game but I would say I would trade it out of a five out of 10 it’s like the best game ever.
