They get the kickback from the vendor based on your enrollment, but you can’t access your account to obtain any points/benefits. ### 1/5 — Can’t use app *2025-08-29* Downloaded app however it won’t stay open and closes as soon as I select ‘open’. Frustrating! ### 1/5 — 2FA DOES NOT WORK *2024-03-14* As the title says, 2FA on this app does not function. I have yet to receive a code for any of the dozens of login attempts. Fix it ### 1/5 — Register is easy…? *2023-10-06* If this were true I would have been able to enter, dine and get my points. I clicked on the “Register” button> created a profile> tried, tried, tried to log-in using the UN & PW I created and fail fail fail!! I followed Dinova’s tech support advice and un & re-installed the app>> same result. Why did the DTMO/DOD partner with a technically challenged company?? ### 1/5 — 2FA DOES NOT WORK *2023-05-04* As the title says, 2FA on this app does not function. I have yet to receive a code for any of the dozens of login attempts. Fix it ### 1/5 — Want to use the app. It won’t let me. *2022-02-16* I was able to put in my username and password. That was it. Tried to do “one more step” to register my card - impossible! I am taken to a page where it asks for my company name and then two blank required boxes which do not show what I have to enter to get past the page. If I try to skip those boxes the app highlights them and it says “You must enter your”. Must enter my what? I tried. The app does not want people to use it. ### 1/5 — Impossible to Register *2021-09-13* Registration is not “quick and easy” as they claim. I’ve tried setting up an account three times already and each time I get an error message that something is wrong. However, unlike every other registration page this one doesn’t tell you what’s wrong so you can fix it.
