Now there’s TONS more options which is great, however not a single one has any availabilities! Every time I open the app I can’t find a reservation available. I got a premium membership through Wealthsimple but if this continues I will likely give up this benefit. Unfortunate because I do really love the concept! ### 3/5 — Great app but… *2025-10-29, version 2.12.6* I downloaded this app because they partner with Air Canada for points. It’s honestly a nice app, my only issue with it is that you cannot change your location to search for a restaurant in another city. For example, my fiancé will be in Canada in a couple weeks for his birthday we’ll be staying in Montreal for 3 days, I wanted to look and see what restaurants accept the app but alas I cannot change my location. So even if I wanted to book the day we leave or even the day proper to go to Montreal for one of the days we are there, I cannot until I am there. 3 stars until it’s fixed. ### 3/5 — Long loading times *2025-10-28, version 2.12.6* Nice design, feels premium. Sadly, it takes a long time to load the data on the home page. I keep waiting for the loading indicator to finish each time I go on the home page. Also happens after opening another tab and coming back to the home page. It takes a good 20-30 seconds to load and the page remains frozen. It’s not my mobile connection because all the other apps and websites load just fine. Just hope this gets resolved very soon. ### 3/5 — reservation cancellation issues *2024-11-07, version 2.11.3* I dislike that there are issues with trying to cancel a reservation and saying that the app could not cancel through the external system. The app gives good to great options of restaurants but only offers day of reservations. ### 4/5 — App Glitches *2023-09-05, version 2.6.0* I like the app, but it’s super disappointing that I had cancelled my reso at another restaurant bc I saw one come up on here. Fast forward and the restaurant calls me to tell me the app was incorrect and they’re not even open tonight… it’s giving unreliable 🥲 UPDATE: Jennifer helped us rebook for a night that was available! She was super helpful and appreciated her efforts to make things right. ### 1/5 — This app keeps trying to open other apps *2020-02-22, version 1.1.8* Whenever I get an alert it asks for permission to open other random apps on my phone. Have used it in a few cities and the experience is seamless every time. Totally love the choice of restaurants on here. App works well. Pretty user friendly. I recommend this app to all of my friends. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Useless for those outside Toronto *2026-03-22, version 2.12.8* This app really only caters to people who live in Toronto. Don’t bother purchasing it if you live anywhere else as they don’t offer access to restaurants outside downtown Toronto other than maybe one or two restaurants elsewhere. Waste of money signing up. ### 1/5 — Polishing *2025-12-27, version 2.12.7* App has potential but it’s very buggy and missing a lot of functionality… ### 1/5 — What a scam! *2025-11-18, version 2.12.7* I took the premium membership with the promotion to get the 50$ gift card. It is impossible to have access to the gift card. Eml Payments which is responsible for the gift card say they don’t know anything about this. Once I was able to get in, you’re not able to click on anything. Pretty useless, not sure how their rating is 4.9 ### 1/5 — Embarrassing *2025-07-11, version 2.12.6* Insanely difficult to use. I just need to book a restaurant a week ahead of time and this app failed so badly I was compelled to write a review. There is no search function. There is no book ahead function. This is a paid app to fill unbooked seats for restaurants for today and to market their events. Absolutely embarrassing to charge the users to help fill empty seats of restaurants. I got this premium membership for free and I feel ripped off. ### 1/5 — Entitled & rude customer service *2024-10-14* Requested a refund due to incorrect renewal fee and response was nothing short of formally worded petulance. Disappointing response from a disappointing platform. **Developer response:** Thank you for reaching out! It looks like we don't have a customer service record for you on DINR.
