ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อใช้ร่วมกับหุ่นยนต์ดินสอ รุ่นที่ 4 ที่เป็นพนักงานต้อนรับประจำหน้าร้านค้า
เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ / พนักงาน หรือเจ้าของร้านค้า สามารถรับการแจ้งเตือนต่างๆจากหุ่นยนต์ 
พร้อมยังสามารถรับสาย VDO call ให้บริการพูดคุย พร้อมเห็นหน้าลูกค้าที่อยู่หน้าร้าน ผ่านตัวกลางจากหุ่นยนต์ ดินสอ ได้ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าอย่างรวดเร็ว ทันท่วงที

- แสดงการแจ้งเตือนข้อมูลต่างๆ ของหุ่นยนต์บนแอพพลิเคชั่นบนมือถือ/แทบเล็ท
- รองรับการรับสายวีดีโอคอลจากหุ่นยนต์มายังแอพพลิเคชั่นบนมือถือ/แทบเล็ท
