This is one of the best apps I’ve ever used. I have trouble with thinking about stuff at night and can’t sleep. DIO is helping me get it out of head at night then add these items to my “to do” list in the morning. Then I get a nice reward when I complete the task and take off the to do list. It sounds simple but the app really helps! Thanks DIO!
