I started using the service bc they advertised 65 AED per laundry bag. Always claim there is an issue to inflate the price to 90-100 Dhs. But on my fourth try, they claimed there are issues and I accepted assuming it will be less than 100 dhs but they invoice was AED 189 and they claimed they provided discount for 1st three services. Their prices is at least 35% more than normal laundry service for same amount of clothes. Worst customer service I seen in Dubai. 1 star is too much for them.

You can imagine giving out your white clothes and getting back return of color brown . Just like when tea drop on your white clothes .. don’t use them . They will mis place your clothes .. very poor ..

So many report on instagram but they keep deleting peoples comment on insta ..

I downloaded the app and placed an order for pressing of bedsheets and the saga began. The delivery guy called and I had to call him back he did not pick up my call and I called the second number and customer service kept saying we are in your building but no one ever showed up even after 3 hours of calls and no one would show up. Very unpleasant customer service and driver. I don’t recommended this company to anyone

This app removed my original invoice and subsequently was provided with a newer inflated invoice due to what they claim was an “error” in calculation. Coupon code was entered and accepted by the app in Cash mode. However, I did not get a discount since there was a catch. The app didn’t notify me that I was not going to get a discount on a cash deal. 

The rider did not have enough change so he also took a little extra.

All in all, sketchy business sketchy app but good user interface. I do not trust this. I’m out.
