Basically, give it all the functions that your typical audiobook app has. ### 2/5 — Cannot refund and kept charging my act! *2026-07-24, version 5.1.2* As much as I would love this app for what it is, I could not find a way to log back into my account and I have message in 2024 about assisting to sign in and disputing the charges. I wanted to cancel the subscription but as of this year in 2026, but it still charged me $70 yearly and I have no way in getting in contact with them so if a review gets their attention then so be it. I just need them to go through my account and help me with the situation. If there’s anyway that they could contact me better. I moved over to a trial on the app and then was charged for a full year because the app never registered that I was doing a trial so I couldn’t cancel it in time. The app did not recognize that I had a year subscription now and directed me to contact Josephine. I emailed her four times and sent two messages via the website in the span of three weeks to try and get my subscription restored. She never answered me back after my initial email. My last email informed her that I would have to report it as a fraudulent charge since I never received the product I paid for. STILL could not be bothered to respond. It kept saying it would send me an email with a link to cancel but never did. I kept getting advertising emails and so on but never the request to cancel. I finally get charged for the subscription and I tried emailing support over the next few days and never got a response as well. I still get other Dipsea emails but never anything with customer service. I have since been charged and deleted my account hoping it would refund but now I just have a deleted account and a year subscription to something I won’t use. I can’t use it either because my purchase won’t restore when I got back in the app. Super frustrating. Still trying to contact a human ### 1/5 — Won’t let me in and haven’t heard back from developers *2026-03-22, version 5.0.8* I purchased the monthly subscription. When I try to play something it says if I want to go past the trial time I need to purchase a subscription. So I try to repurchase the monthly subscription and it says I can’t because I’m already subscribed. I dismiss the window and it says Error 16.
