## What is Direct Aid | العون المباشر?

بعد مسيرة ثلاثين عاماً من العطاء المتواصل تم اعتـماد اسم (جمعية العون المباشر) بـدلاً مـن (لجنة مسلمي افريقيا) وذلك في يوم الاثنين الموافق 1999/17/5 نظراً لتوسع أعمالها ونطاق مشاريعها الخيرية ، وتهدف الجمعية للقيام بأعمال التنمية للمجتمعات الأقل حظاً مستهدفة بذلك الفئات الاجتماعية الأكثر احتياجاً والمرضى والأيتام ومنكوبي الكوارث والمجاعات والقيام بكافة أنشطة البر والخير.
وقد بدأت جمعية العون المباشر ( لجنة مسلمي افريقيا ) أعمالها في عام 1981م كمؤسسة تطوعية غير حكومية مهتمة بالتنمية في الأماكن الأكثر احتياجاً في افريقيا وتقوم بأعمالها بأسلوب علمي ، ولا تنظر في مساعدة الحالات الفردية ، وتهتم بالتعليم بكل أنواعه كوسيلة أساسية لتغيير الوضع المأساوي الذي يعيشه الإنسان في افريقيا ، رافعين شعار ( التعليم حق مشروع لكل طفل في افريقيا).

كانت الجمعية في سعيها للريادة من أوائل الجمعيات الخيرية في العالم الإسلامي التي أحيت سنة المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم في إنشاء المشاريع الوقفية الصغيرة.

و من خلال هذا التطبيق تسعى الجمعية إلى مزيد التعريف بنشاطها و التواصل مع متابعيها و تسهيل الوصول لخدماتها.
