On the day of my booking the taxi did not arrive at the specified time and upon calling I was told that app bookings did not take priority during the school run. I appreciate the person I spoke with letting me know to call instead and I understand that it is a busy period however I would have appreciated a warning within the app. As now I am going to be late for work. ### 5/5 — Excellent Customer Service *2025-05-09, version 35.1.9* I like him ### 1/5 — Avoid. *2023-08-20, version 34.0.23* I don’t think I’ve ever had a positive experience with this company and it’s drivers. I’ve experienced racism, unsafe driving and unsanitary vehicle conditions and their drivers must not be vetted on any level. Please use a different service if you’re female, any race other than white or simply prefer a good service. Handsome cabs appears to be regulated like Uber and I have never had a bad experience. Clean cars, professional drivers and a far easier process.
