## What is Direct Express®?

With the new mobile application for your Direct Express® Debit MasterCard® card, you can manage your money conveniently and securely from your mobile device. The mobile application is free to download for the cardholders whose card number starts with 511563.

Please Note: If your card begins with 533248 DO NOT download this app. Please look in the app store for the same mobile app logo with a short description stating that the app is for cards which start with the numbers 533248.

Direct Express cardholders will be able to do much more with this new mobile application on the go, including:

● Account(s) Management – Activate & check your card balance, manage your or your Benefit Recipient’s funds, Review Transactions, Set Alerts, Download monthly statements and much more.
● Login securely using Biometrics

They never answer the phone it’s so annoying you could have an emergency which I did and you can’t get anyone one the phone for days on end also sit on the phone for hours and hours I’m switching

Anyone using direct express debit card plz read !!! I’ve Ben with direct Express for over 15 years never had any problems till now my debit card got compromised 1,850 to be exact and they won’t refund my money I went to the police station but anyone using this debit card move your money to a real bank and stop using this card these people will not give you your money back if your card gets compromised!!! The customer service didn’t want to hear nothing I’ve said I reported the stolen money 12 hours after and on top of that they cancelled my debit card without me calling they knew it was compromised but they won’t give me my money my next step is a lawyer I can’t imagine if this happened to other people ..Agin anyone with direct express member Plz go to a real bank I use my local bank I moved my money right away so that these people won’t steel my money I got rob by someone and direct Express I guess you can call it a double scam …ANYONE READING THIS CANCEL THIS CARD IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THIS HAPPENEDS TO YOU ..1,850 dollars that they won’t return!!!! I wish I had someone tell me this

Direct express is the worst of all bank cards/apps. One problem after another. It’s like winning the lottery if you ever get hold of a live person.

Customer support team had me on hold for over an hour when I asked to talk to a manager they put me on hold and not even two seconds later hung up on me. They took money out of my account that they had originally credited from Walmart and now they’re saying it’s from Publix Instacart so if they can’t even get their story straight then why would they automatically take money out of peoples account that customer never spent in the first place?

Please people find a different app. These people have the worst customer service,been scammed. Received a new card only to find out that my card # was used on eBay from another person. Brand new card never been set up. So it was an inside scam job from Direct Exspress. They are being investigated by the government. This has happened to many on SSI/SSD an amount others.
