Do not trust this company and their customer service. The app is good if you have access but i would highly recommend all data diy or mitchell 1 because this company lacks sufficient customer service help and management of your information and account. They are a bunch of thieves. Says forbidden. ### 5/5 — Amazing service and app *2026-07-28, version 1.10.0* Previously i submitted a low rating because I lost access to the app. At the time I did not realize that was a trial period and DIY was online only through the browser. The individuals I talked to that helped me were top notch. The information in this app and service is invaluable. Manuals, TSBs, etc are in the best format I have seen from an autorepair manual service. If you work on vehicles or run a shop I highly recommend. Thank you Identifix for your outstanding product and amazing customer service. Yall lead the way in both of these areas. If youre a potential customer and scoping out what they offer, do not give it a second guess. You wont regret choosing them and their subscription. If your a DIYer this is hands down the best system for you. $30 per month is absolutely worth every penny for what you get.
