I had to answer 4 questions. It completed today. I’ve just been charged 20% of the annual fee to do so! Given all this has been carried out online, I believe this is an extortionate fee to pay and would appreciate a reimbursement for the full amount. ### 1/5 — Travel insurance *2026-07-29, version 1.2.68* Been with Direct Line for YEARS One of the reasons travel insurance included with house insurance. 2 hours of my life wasted trying to get travel insurance policy.. nobody can provide it. Passed to the claims team every time who cannot help me. I give up. I’m going to cancel all my policy when they’re up for renewal. Absolutely disgraceful & stressful trying to deal with this. Regardless Direct Line took payment. This was in error, and it was agreed that it would be refunded in full. No refund made, whole system then loops you out if no longer a customer, and I can’t reach anyone. That person quickly became a different person, neither of which could really answer my questions. I was promised a confirmation email to confirm the changes but no email has arrived. Also my old details are still on my account after more than 24 hours. One star isn’t even deserve.
