How It Works:
1) Daily Check-In: Reflect on your day using simple green, yellow, or red ratings in each area of life. Get instant feedback from our intelligent assistant—highlighting what’s going well and offering supportive tips to help you improve where needed.
2) Wellness Index: Take a guided assessment designed to identify burnout risk and emotional strain, including self-harm risk indicators. Track your progress and patterns with a growing record of your emotional health.
