If I could give Direct zero stars, I would. This app and its services are the definition of incompetence. Each employee I spoke to was worse than the last, clueless and completely unhelpful. By the end of the process, it felt like they were replying just to shut me up, and 99% of the information they provided was flat-out wrong.  

From the very beginning of my visa application process, they proved to be unprofessional and disorganized. Instead of asking for everything they needed upfront, they kept going back and forth with unnecessary requests, wasting my time and dragging out the process for no reason. Their inefficiency and delays caused me to miss my flight because the visa didn’t come through on time. It was a complete disaster.  

If you value your time, energy, and sanity, stay FAR away from this app. It’s not worth the headache or the consequences of their unprofessionalism.

Horrible service. Not timely in submission of visa services. They have had my application canceled due to incomplete application and they have confirmed they had all the documents they need. You have to keep following up with them to get them to do anything or get an answer. Not to mention they provide no solution afterwards. You are better off throwing your money in the garbage.

حابه اكتب تجربتي بفيزا اليابان من تطبيق دايركت شكرا لكم ❤️ كانو سريعين جدا ومتعاونين وقالو لي انها راح تطلع خلال ٧ - ١٠ ايام رغم ان عندي رفض سابقا عشان كذا انصح اي احد حاجز لايتوهق ويقدم إلا عن طريقهم رغم ان سعرهم غالي لأكن يستاهلون 🤩🤩

نجمة وحده وكثيره بعد لان انا رحت لندن مع داريكت واتفقت معهم بالمعهد وسجلوني فيه وبرضوا حجزوا لي تذاكر طبعاً انا رايحه مع اخوي ف كلنا نفس التسجيل.. اتفاجئ بعد 3 شهور دراسة ب اخر اسبوع انا استلم شهادتي واخوي لا ! طلع فيه مشكلة بالتسجيل وبسبب اهمال دايركت بالمتابعه معهم صار فيه لاخوي اسبوع زياده حضور والمشكلة الادهى انو رحلتنا من بكرا وهم عندهم علم بالرحله .. كلمنا دايركت وقالوا حنا بنتعامل مع المشكلة ورجعنا السعودية .. هل اخوي استلم الشهادة ؟ لا طبعاً مااستلمها لحد الان مع العلم دافعة 16 الف ريال لهم وبسببهم ماستلمها وضاع جهد 3 شهور

Only one star — and that’s even too much. I went to London through Direct, and they handled everything with the institute — they registered me and also booked our tickets. I traveled with my brother, so we had the same registration.
After three months of studying, during the last week, I was surprised that I received my certificate but my brother didn’t! It turned out there was a registration issue, and because of Direct’s negligence in following up with the institute, my brother had to attend an extra week.
The worst part is that our flight was the next day — and Direct knew about it. We contacted them, and they said they were handling the issue. We returned to Saudi Arabia, but did my brother ever receive his certificate? Of course not.
I paid them 16,000 SAR, and because of their carelessness, he never got his certificate, and three months of effort went to waste.

First of all their customers service need more more improvement in all ways knowledge and been professional cuz every one will tell you need this and this when actually you do not need it compared to the office staff .
2nd my appointment was passed and I could attend due to sickness in same day of the appointment and i just ask them to schedule another new appointment they ask to pay the whole money again for new visa application i told them why you just need to schedule a new appointment they telling me some talk not making any sense by telling that there no available appointment and the insurance will end and when I checked up there were actually closer appointment.
I prefer to do it by your self better because they do nothing
