Please update this, having issues with passwords not going thru, not able to delete added profiles, system times out need some serious maintenance done !!!!

Just got on this app, as one of the benefits of my employer, my wife called for the first time and got no help at all. The guy, whatever he was, said he couldn’t prescribe anything that we couldn’t get over-the-counter. What’s the point then??? Total waste
